At Dibber International School Sollentuna, students receive a Swedish education with an international approach. We follow the Swedish national curriculum, LGR22, and are an authorized IB World School offering the Primary Years Programme and Middle Years Programme.
LGR22 provides the academic foundation and national learning requirements for students in Sweden. The IB framework strengthens how students engage with that knowledge by encouraging inquiry, critical thinking, communication, collaboration and reflection.
Lessons often begin with questions that invite students to investigate ideas and make connections between subjects. Students learn to examine information, consider different perspectives and explain the thinking behind their conclusions. This develops both subject knowledge and the ability to apply it.
The IB approach also promotes international-mindedness. Students are encouraged to understand their responsibilities toward other people, their community and the wider world.
